This is the second property we have had Kevin sell for us. Last year, he listed and sold my mothers Town Home in a very slow time of year. He was persistent, helped us stage it and brought us an offer not far from our asking price. We decided to sell our family home after 24 years. Kevin helped us with pricing staging. We agreed listing the house at 12:00 noon Friday May 18th. At 12:04 two showings were lined up, a third was scheduled the next day and a 4th was schedule for Sunday. We had two full price offers after the first day and a third offer was forthcoming but they could not meet the deadline do to the bank. We listed and sold the house in less then 3 day's. Kevin is hard working and does way more then most to make sure the property shows well, is priced right to market conditions and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to get it done.
