Previous tips
#1 Know the yardage to the front of the green,
not just to the center of the green. It makes
your next shot strategy decisions easier.
#2 Keep your left arm straight on the backswing and your left wrist leading through impact. This
will generate power and provide consistency to
your golf swing(watch above picture).
#3 In Real Estate it's all about Location, Location, Location. In golf it's about Relax, Relax, Relax. Be mindful of your attitude before you play. Rushing to the first tee is stressful. Your muscles will be tense. The more relaxed you are the better you will play. Give yourself plenty of time.
#4 NO HAPPY FEET- great for dancing, but a no-no for the golf swing. Keep you left foot flat on the ground during your backswing, and leave your right foot down as long as you can for more accuracy.

Previous tips
#1 Did you know the #1 real estate website is REALTOR.COM! There are over 6.3 million unique users per month. Over 80% of consumers are searching for houses online.
#2 I'm one of the few agents who provides multiple photos
for my listing on the #1 real estate site, REALTOR.COM.
I do this for home sellers because buyers say photos are
the most important feature when searching for homes online.
#3 When selling your home, pretend you are a buyer coming through your home for the first time. BE CRITICAL! First impressions are powerful. Make sure your entry and foyer is open and inviting. Fix anything that is broken and paint areas that need a fresh look.
#4 Decluttering is imperative for staging your home for sale. You want your home to flow and feel spacious. Take personal pictures down and pack them for moving. We live in our homes differently than what we want potential buyers to see. You will have to pack anyway, so start early before your home goes on the market.
